Latasha is a dedicated and devout woman of God, committed to reaching, inspiring and empowering women from all walks of life. She is an anointed leader whom God has gifted and assigned to do the “Work of the Ministry”.

Latasha is the First Lady and faithful member of Abundant Blessings Church, in Chicago, IL. She is also a Licensed Minister, Relationship Strategist, Prophetic Counselor, and Intercessor. She received both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from North Park University in Counseling Psychology (Magna Cum Laude).

Once a member of Sweet Holy Spirit Church, pastored by Bishop Larry D. Trotter, she was the Lead Servant of the Singles Ministry, as well as the Co-lead Servant of the HIV Ministry (Project Lifeline). She is also an American Red Cross Certified to facilitate and educate on HIV/AIDS.

Latasha is a self-published author of her self-help book “He Is Just Like A Relationship”. She is also the founder and CEO of G.I.G. “Girlfriends In God Ministries”, a women’s ministry designed to help position, propel and pray for women from various backgrounds. She endeavors to provoke women to pursue an intimate relationship with God, our Father. She hosts book clubs, workshops, retreats, women in the Bible- bible study groups, table talks, in addition to a weekly prayer line held every Saturday. She is committed to helping ordinary women lead “extraordinary” lives, by leading by example, using the Bible as her foundational tool for success. 

Lady B is passionate about empowering and encouraging women to find out WHO they are in Christ. She believes in educating women about finding and doing God’s will for their lives. She wants women to know there is POWER in seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness so that all things can be added unto them.

Latasha has been married to Pastor C.E. Brown III for over 14yrs. They are in ministry together as well. Latasha and her husband have a marriage ministry entitled- “Marriage STILL Matters that include them praying, encouraging and spiritually guiding couples to have heart and hard conversations to get to the truth. Their teachings and Webinars give simple truths to love your spouse through the ups and the downs. No legacy of divorce left behind. She and her husband, Pastor C.E. Brown III, are driven by the same passion and vision which is Faith, Family and Finances.

She is also a Mental Health Practitioner in Chicago, Illinois where she has served for the past 5 years. Latasha has earned both her undergraduate and master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with Distinction from North Park University. She is qualified to provide individual, couple and family spiritual guidance. Latasha is currently an Adjunct Professor at North Park University of Professional Studies & Psychology. Her spiritual guidance is led by Holy Spirit with a combination of clinical perspectives.
